Every October, the quiet village of Datchet (just outside Windsor) transforms into a hive of hops, friendship and fantastic beer. For
three sessions, across one unforgettable weekend our volunteer-run festival serves up over 25 real ales, craft beers, lagers and ciders - all carefully selected from local brewers, and chosen for
their quality and variety.
The same level of care and attention is also given to our food choices and in 2026 our extensive NEW menu of made-to-order artisan pizzas, will be sure to get your tastebuds singing - each has been
designed to be a perfect pairing.
Now in our 17th year, Datchet Beer Festival has grown from an idea from a group of friends, into one of the best beer festivals in the south-east. We certainly aren't the biggest, but we are top-tier on the quality of our ale, and the warmth of our welcome.
Our loyal following has meant that we have sold-out every year, and over that time we have proudly donated 100% of our profits, (over £60,000) to the local Scout Group (2nd Datchet)
So, whether you're a seasoned ale explorer, a casual cider sipper or simply looking for a night out with a great atmostphere, you'll feel right at home. Our community spirit is at the heart of everything we do, and every pint you enjoy helps local young people thrive through Scouting.
At Datchet Beer Festival you can rest assured the ales on offer are the finest brews. We believe in quality first so you can look forward to some seriously good pints!
We are the champions of the small brewery - small, independents looking to make the best ales they can. Small quantities of flavoursome and unique beers.
